Base 44 vs Bolt.New vs Lovable - Best AI Coding Tool

Alrighty, righty. So base 44 is a new challenger in town. So let's have a look at it today. It is something similar to livable but on bolt.new. So we'll we'll test it up against those two tools as well. But actually, there's a couple of interesting features that at that base 44 has that I would really like to see in bolt and livable. So this is what it looks like when you sign in, right? So you just write type the app that you want to create. Of course, and I like I'm quite interested in this like deep coding. So it's like going to do a lot more work with the features. Right? So that is one of the problems with livable and bolt, right? It struggles with kind of deep features, not deep, but like features actually creating something that works, right? I was creating an app there a while ago and you know, took me ages trying to get up to work in bolt, but I got it to work in livable after a while. I was like adding API keys, all of that stuff, you know? So this will be quite interesting to test out yourself.

And I just tested out a quick little app here. So let's have a look at this. So I just I create a stand store clone, right? Stand store is a platform that you can sell digital products with fully functional abilities to sell PDFs. So this is what I got here. So it's a PDF store, right? And yeah, I just uploaded my CV here just to test it out a little bit. So yeah, you can just download it here. It didn't automatically like add users or payments, stuff like that, but it looks pretty nice. It works very similar to bolt, and livable here you can see. So you can just upload stuff, select element, this works very well. Look, you can see it just works really nicely. And some of them other ones can be a little bit boogie sometimes. So I like that. That's very cool. And yeah, you just keep adding whatever their suggestions here.

One thing I like here is also the steps, right? So it actually went through step by step. Always a good thing to do with AI, I think. So it created a PDF. And yeah, I published it and it looks looks really nice and actually works. So quite happy with that. It has the store and then the dashboard. Obviously I would probably add payments, but a super easy way to just get started selling digital products like right. It just didn't want prompt, but obviously you could just change this around. But I think the real key with this is the workspace here. So let's have a look at some of these features. All of these things I want in my tool right is analytics really important. I want to see how many people are going to my apps, right? Because if I can create 10 apps, then I can see, okay, one, and you know, one of them is getting way more attraction than the other one. It's getting traffic coming from whatever SEO or from Twitter or wherever it's coming from.

Okay, you can see it's got 17 visits just me really. But I've just been clicking around the right. But you can see that that would be super valuable to have analytics to this stuff. Okay, the main you definitely want to have your own custom domain if you're actually creating something right because yeah, for SEO purposes you want an exact match keyword domain if possible, right? Payments. So they do have this payment integration where you just add the stripe. So it's all set up apparently to work, right? So you just add your stripe page and then it will add the button and really, really good. So and then saves your users. So that's quite interesting if you are adding users, whereas you know, with bolts and lovable, we would have more a super base integration right. So I think this is actually easier for beginners right to have all this stuff right there.

So a really, really interesting app. It seems to have very similar pricing to I mean, the prices are quite similar to lovable and bolts. So you've got your $20.50 and $100. I do find that's kind of the thing with bolt is like often it will just look nice. I kind of like the designs that they have, but it's not really functional. So obviously we would have to keep going through here or exported to something else if it's not working for you. So yeah, lovable is still going. Obviously I don't really care about, oh, we have built unsuccessful. Not so good. I don't really care about the time. Obviously, and I just want something good.
