The Vergecast Special Edition returns in the middle of an action-packed week in court. After Apple wrapped up its testimony on Monday, Samsung began its offensive by convincing Judge Lucy Koh to omit three international devices from the case. Despite this minor victory, the war is far from over: Samsung is continuing its case with some of its own infringement claims and a number of expert witnesses.
