Macron founded his movement, “En Marche”, only one year ago, breaking through the rigid left-right paradigm in France. So far, 230,000 French have joined “En Marche”. They see in Macron a ray of hope, someone who can get France’s economy back on its feet. In Paris, we follow a young politician campaigning for “En Marche”.
Alexandre Aidara is a campaign chairman in northern Paris for presidential candidate Emmanuel Macron. Before the first round of the election earlier this month, Aidara worked hard to get out the vote -- to keep the right-wing extremists at bay.
