Panelists share their experience developing internet and mobile infrastructures in developing countries and the hope of self-organization that comes along with it for the populations who benefit.
They speak at the USRio+2.0 Conference hosted on Feb 2-4 at the Stanford Knight Management Center. They address an audience of international ministers from developing countries, technology and NGO professionals convened by the US State Department and the Stanford Graduate School of Business to discuss how connection technologies can support sustainable development.
Moderated by: Jeremy Weinstein, Associate Professor of Political Science and Senior Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University
