Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt explains how technology can help both reduce violence in war zones and bring war criminals to justice, or be used to inflame ethnic tensions. Schmidt co-authored the book The New Digital Age with former US State Department staffer and director of Google Ideas Jared Cohen. He spoke at Stanford Graduate School of Business in a conversation moderated by former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice as part of the Global Speaker Series on series on March 4, 2014.
