Hurst Lin, General Partner at DCM China, and Jing Wang, Senior Vice President of Engineering at Baidu, answer a question about the challenges that mid-sized companies face being outside the Baidu, Alibaba, and Tencent (BAT) conglomerates and why so many of these companies aspire to being acquired by a BAT company.
