Middles are depicted in popular culture as neglected, low in self-esteem, and annoying, but that's not a fair picture. Sam Duboff--a middle child himself and the son of two middle children--aims to redefine what it means to be a middle child and, ultimately, argues that true power is realized when we stop striving for the top and live life--proudly--from the middle.
