Are you a woman? A computer scientist? A minority? Each of these identities is associated with a number of stereotypes. In this talk, Jennifer discusses the negative impact these stereotypes can have on our psyches and ultimately our success. If we hope to overcome these barriers, we’ll need to broaden the scope of how we see one another and what's possible for each of us. In so doing, we can create more success for ourselves and by extension our communities and workplaces.
