摘要
We have a long way to go to build a fair society. Government plays a central, towering role. Too often, we are pessimistic about what government can do, but it is our biggest lever for change. And new techniques from Silicon Valley are showing the way to a better form of government — one driven by the experiences of people’s real lives. In this talk, Stanford Sloan Fellow Jonty Olliff-Cooper sets out why governments around the world are struggling to solve social problems, and what we can do about it.
