Jonathan Kolstad, an Associate Professor of Economic Analysis and Policy at Berkeley Haas and the Co-director of the Health Initiative at the UC Berkeley Opportunity Lab, gives a behavioral economics perspective on health and health insurance including the challenges and opportunities to expand access and improve health for low income populations. This presentation is part of the healthtech plenary session during the Innovation for Shared Prosperity Conference held on October 11–12, 2019 at Stanford GSB. Jonathan is a Stanford alumnus, BS ’02.
