Rebecca Colby, MBA ’20: When our friends and colleagues are survivors of sexual assault, the perpetrator is often in our community as well. Our friends need more from us than social media posts and empty words: we need bravery and a backbone to speak up, no matter how imperfectly, against behavior we know is wrong.
