SUBSCRIBE NOW TO SPACE & PLANET: https://www.youtube.com/spaceandplanet. In 1843, Karl Richard Lepsius visited Egypt and recorded a now-destroyed pyramid in Saqqara, catalogued in his work as pyramid number XXIX (29), now commonly known as the Headless Pyramid as the Superstructure is now completely destroyed. But the structure was once in use and the subterranean chambers were found to have been closed with large granite plugs, and there is also a sarcophagus lid inside the burial chamber. This lid and all of the granite stonework shows evidence of ancient high technology with perfect drill holes inside hard igneous rock. The site was excavated for the first time in 80 years back in 2008, so watch now to learn more, please comment and please subscribe!
