I don’t know about you, but over the years I’ve seen so many posts on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter, that show a montage of iconography from different cultures of the ancient world, allegedly showing the same thing but with minor local differences.
People use such images as social media friendly way to prove there is a lost ancient and global civilisation; some say that they prove there was a global and now secretive ancient religion whilst some just dismiss the patterns as coincidence.
The pictures do get our attention; they do make us think and wonder and whilst some people will go off and do deeper research on the matter, others will see the basic picture, read the often outlandish caption that accompanies it and share the idea with friends.
In this video I take a closer look at the image known as 'The Master of Animals' and whether it can be evidence of a lost ancient and global civilisation. Do the internet memes have a point or is it all just wishful thinking? Watch the video to learn more.
