Bypass the Crevasse: Developing Your Team for Productivity and Success Ultimately, every team will reach a point at which the honeymoon of team formation wanes and challenges ensue. More often than not, these challenges have more to do with a team's internal dynamics than external obstacles. This informative and interactive session will introduce participants to the Teamwork Styles™ model as a vehicle for doing just that. Participants will have a chance to better understand their own dominant teamwork style, and learn valuable tips and techniques for how best to leverage their style on teams, as well as how to work well with people who have different styles than they do. Participants will be more likely to bypass the crevasse of team development and flourish in their practice of team-based innovation by having a deep understanding of: Differences that matter on teams (work styles, motivations, etc.) Why norming and creating a charter can be so valuable Skills and clues about how best to work with peers A simple and objective common language to communicate effectively with each other and address conflict head on About the Presenter: Tracey Britton is the Director of Business Development at Edgework Consulting.
