In May 2021 he inherited a service department sitting dead last in its district on CSI — 26 people, 17 bays. Today? Fifty-two people, thirty-seven bays, two facilities, and six weeks ago he picked up a whole second store. What flipped the switch on that Honda department? Eddie's going to tell us. [37:33] Then we've got Chris Wood, VP of Client Strategy for Automotive at LocalIQ and USA Today. Chris dug into the registration data behind that eye-opening CDG Breakdown on Carvana quietly selling new CDJRs across the country, one ZIP code at a time. What does the data actually reveal about where those new cars are landing? Chris has been staring at the numbers, and he's not shy about what they say. [50:28] And Andrew Batenhorst, Body Shop Manager at Pacific BMW, who calls the dealer-owned body shop the "red headed step child" of the dealership — ignored, overlooked, underestimated. So what exactly is a dealer throwing away when it treats its shop like an afterthought? Andrew pulls no punches.
