Deep in Ecuador's Amazon rainforest, the Kichwa people of Sarayaku have lived in harmony with nature for generations. Their ancestral traditions, spiritual beliefs and connection to the land form the foundation of their identity. But when oil exploration threatens their home, the community refuses to back down.
Armed with cameras, ancestral knowledge and determination, they fight to protect their territory and preserve their culture for future generations. This documentary follows their remarkable struggle, which leads to a landmark human rights victory against the Ecuadorian government.
