They were skating on thin ice before this global health thing. Now they're trapped UNDER ice! Within the last 2 weeks, Ford and GM have drawn over $30 billion combined in lines of credit to weather this storm, right when they should be going ALL-IN on electric vehicles (EVs) which ITSELF would have cost tens of billions of dollars. Meanwhile, #Tesla continue to pull further ahead. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't put this out there. I really do hope I'm wrong but it will take a series of miracles for Ford or GM to make it out of the 2020s in one piece. They'll either be acquired/merge with other companies or more likely, go bankrupt. They should already be ALL-IN on EVs. This goes for all large legacy automakers. RIP.
