How does Sha Na Na solve a murder? This is probably one of the best transitional stories that I have ever heard! Robert A. Leonard, American Forensic Linguist and Founding Member of Sha Na Na, opened for Jimi Hendrix in Woodstock, toured with the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, and even Bruce Springsteen opened for them!
Then he gave it all up, went and finished his Columbia Ph.D. in Linguistics, and became one of the best Forensic Linguists in the world. He worked on cases like the murder of JonBenet Ramsay, the murder of Charlene Hummert, the Tennessee Facebook murders, and many more. He even represented Apple in the "App Store" case!
